​Virginia Phase 1 Environmental Group (VPEG) is Virginia Environmental Professionals, LLCs (VEP) team for completing Phase I ESA Reports in Virginia. We are a small start-up company, concentrating in environmental consulting and planning for the real estate market. Although we have only been in business since December 2021, our project staff has over 30 years experience completing a wide variety of environmental projects, with a concentration in real estate services.
